How this platform is written.
The QIS Ecosystem is an independent editorial platform that documents a category and drafts the instruments for governing it. Its only durable asset is credibility, so the editorial rules are strict, published, and enforced across all three properties.
Principles
- Sourced or absent. Every market figure on this platform traces to a named public source — IFR, Risk.net, the banks' own publications, federal program documents. If a number cannot be sourced, it is not published.
- Neutral descriptions. Atlas entries and institutional references describe; they do not endorse. No institution listed here has sponsored, reviewed, or approved its description.
- Disclosed commercial relationships. Where an outbound link is a partner or referral link, it is labeled on the page where it appears. Commercial relationships never alter editorial text, inclusion, or ordering.
- No advice. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation. The daily snapshot is a deterministic, rules-based read of public market data — the generation code is published in full.
- Dated and revisable. Reference pages carry publication and revision dates. Corrections are made in place; material corrections are noted.
Scope
The three properties — QISFund.com, QISAgent.com, and QISTrust.com — operate as one editorial system with one style: precise, cold, and verifiable. For what each layer actually covers and how the five live components connect, see the ecosystem overview rather than a restatement here.
